Recipe by Abril Huerta from @conhumormama
- 2 pcs of salmon fillet
- Sea salt
- Onion powder with spices
- olive oil for cooking
- North Sauce Chile Morita, Cambray and Seeds
1 tablespoon of Butter
Boil the peeled potatoes until very soft.
Mash them to create a puree and add salt to taste and butter while still hot
Marinate the fillets with sea salt, paprika and onion powder with spices for 15-20min.
Heat the pan and add olive oil to medium / high heat
Cook the salmon for approximately 5-7min on each side.
- In a hot pan, brown the asparagus in olive oil spray until they start to brown a little but avoiding
that they lose their rich consistency, we want them to be crunchy.
Place a bed of puree in the center of your plate. Place the piece of salmon on the purée and cover it with North Sauce. Place the asparagus on the sides as a side dish and enjoy a delicious salmon!
