You need:
- 1 celery finely chopped
- 1 finely chopped cucumber
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- ½ red onion in thin slices
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 can of corn kernels 189 gr
- 3 cans of Tuna 140 gr
- 1 leafless lettuce
- 1/3 cup Northern Habanero with juice
- Salt to taste
- Procedure
1- In a bowl mix the celery, cucumber, tomato, corn, onion and salt.
2-Add the previously drained tuna to the bowl and mix Habanero and Aceituna Norte until the ingredients are integrated.
3-On a plate spread the lettuce leaves and pour the tuna mixture.
4-Serves for tasting.
